7. Ensuring that the quality control of the project is met

8. Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed

9. Prepare necessary work and safety permits, submission documents and drawings once work are completed.

10. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Engineering or related disciplines

2. Able to read/understand/execute work based on construction drawings

3. Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills

4. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1)Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.

2) Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle's coming and goings.

3)Class 3 driving license and good communication skill

4) Experience as Personal/Company driver is a must

• Carry out a review of work progress on a regular basis
• Analyze , manage, and mitigate risks
• Make sure that construction standards are of high quality and also ensure the use of proper construction techniques
• Plan, as well as make decisions to prevent problems and any emerging ones
• Coordinate and direct the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
