Job Descriptions

• Lead a team of QA Executives to provide support on quality systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with FM Contract, Company’s, and ISO policies.
• Responsible for preparing and conducting quality assurance checks in a systematic manner, investigations for potential quality non-conformance, compliance concerns and recommend follow-up actions to mitigate such issues.
• Prepare periodic report for management review and facilitate for follow-up actions required.
• Supervise and manage contractors, sub-contractors and provide liaising duties with clients to ensure service delivery, ad-hoc works, and all scheduled maintenances are performed on time.
• Attend regular maintenance meetings on behalf of the Company with Clients and Clients’ Representatives.
• Lead the internal audit program for operation site include identifying opportunities for quality systems’ improvements and meet company’s quality objectives.

Job Requirements

• Minimally Diploma in any Engineering field, Facilities or Estates Management or equivalent, preferably with knowledge in ISO Standards 9001, 14001, 41001 and/or 45001.
• Certified QMS Auditor / Lead Auditor in ISO or equivalent will be advantageous.
• Pro-active, independent yet service and team-oriented, and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally with different departments to meet timeline and objectives.

Responsibilities:

< Assist Project Manager to leads, supervise and motivates staff /sub-contractors to ensure productivity;

< Advocate improvement on works processes;

< Participate on the planning of site works;

<Responsible for overall smooth operation of the site construction and ensures that all emergencies are attended and rectified promptly.

Requirements:

< Minimum NCCS/Diploma in Building/recognize degree or relevant certificate;

< A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills;

< At least 8 to years of related experiences

• Daily ferrying of workers to and from dormitory to respective construction sites. Need to ensure workers reach site by 8am.
• Need to assist in loading and unloading of materials.
• Perform transportation duties as deployed by supervisor and carry out the duties diligently as per instructed.
• Collect and deliver construction materials to site.
• To supervise, manage and oversee workers at site and ensure all works are carried out in line with safety standards.
• Responsible for daily routine checks and maintain the general cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Assist and support the project team on day to day operations of the project, ensure timely and smooth proress of works.
• Able to be on standby duties to perform night works when mobilised.
• Able to work on night shift when required.
• Able to perform overtime when required.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by management.
