• Coordination of works of architectural subcontractors and SWCs

• Coordinate with Consultants, Design and Construction team to resolve construction problems and site issues

• Reviewing requirements, codes, working drawings, shop drawings, and specs related to architectural works

• Preparing, reviewing and controlling RFI (Request for Information) related to architectural works

Job Specifications

• Diploma/Degree in Building Engineering or Architectural

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Architectural coordination with A1 main contractor

• Preferably LTA projects experience

• Preferably understand BIM for design coordination

• Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES

• Have at least 2 year of RTO related experience

• Supervision and check all architectural works and coordinate with engineers, archi-coordinators, sub-cons and inspection with RTOs
• Supervise and inspect all Architectural works to ensure quality of work

Requirements:

Requirement
