Position Overview

• The role of an ECP (Engineering Change Proposal) Expert I&II is critical in ensuring a smooth management of product-related technical change requests within an organization.
• The key responsibilities include active participation in PSG (Product Support Group) meetings and managing the product lifecycle, from introduction to end-of-life.

• Support and drive the test engineering strategies across bank, in-line with leading practices covering automation, performance testing etc.
• Support the test automation framework for functional testing using the tool Tosca in collaboration with the testing service providers and also responsible for supporting its on-going maintenance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.
• Proven working experience in Test Engineering, or equivalent role with at least 12 to 15 years relevant experience in large and complex organisations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance
• Proven experience with design & implementation of testing tools supporting the various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall
• Strong, working knowledge and proven experience in the use of DevOps to support test automation
• Strong, working knowledge and proven experience in setting up and running distributed test execution for test automation
• Strong, working knowledge and proven experience in setting up and running mobile test automation
• Strong experience in market leading testing tools such as Tosca, Load Runner, Appium, Selenium, Jira, Zephyr (or equivalent), Mobile Device Farms, QuerySurge
