Job description

1. Overall cleaning of office premise.

2. Dusting, sweeping/mopping, cleaning offices and meeting rooms, toilets, pantries and other areas that require to be kept clean.

3. Monitor and take stock of pantry and toiletries supplies.

4. To clean waste bins, dispose of all trash and waste items.

5. To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.

Job Requirements:

· Ability to work independently.

· Good attitude and positive mindset.

· Willing to take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.

- Document number management and assignment

- Submission of documents via EPIC system

- Communication with relevant persons who need to submit documents

- Preparation of Cover Letter for DAR Submission

Job Requirements:

· Min. 1-year experience with Document Controller.

· MS Office
