Responsibilities:
HR
- Oversee and implement strategic manpower planning initiatives.
- Manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and resignation procedures.
- Maintain staff and leave records.
- Process staff claims and handle benefits administration.
- Implement performance appraisal processes twice a year.
- Manage union relations
Finance
- Review monthly journals, provisions, and financial statements.
- Handle internal and external audits
- Administer GST, corporate tax submission, and withholding tax calculation.
- Prepare and review quarterly/yearly/5 years forecast.
- Submit budget to Board of Directors for approval.
- Analyze budget vs. actual results regularly.
Engineering Management:
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical/structural/payloads/systems problems.
- Support Engineering department and project team goals.
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary.
- Utilize internal drawing/document standards and interpret OEM airplane installation drawings.
Requirements:
- Qualified degree in Engineering/Finance, or related field.
- Fluent in Japanese for effective communication with offices in Japan.
- Knowledge of engineering principles, design, and practical application.
- Proficient in reading and understanding Computer Aided Design (CAD) designs.
- Finance and human resources skills are essential.
