• Managing the recruitment and work pass process, insurances, dormitory arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the projects assigned to ensure on track as per requirement
• Work closely with customers, engineers and contractors to assess equipment needs, and to determine system requirements.
• Prepare project document, drawing submissions and support other team members in execution and coordination
• Attend meeting with customer, team members and contractors where required
• Coordinate and schedule submission, delivery and T&C schedule with clients and contractors
• Performing quality control tasks on equipment, budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, safety practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Perform site survey to ensure that equipment is delivered and installed in proper manner as per requirement
• Perform and lead the T&C of equipment as per the timeline provided by clients
• Troubleshooting of equipment with RCA reports where required

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• Flexibility to travel at any given time
• Prefer candidate with Class 3 driving license.
