· Responsible for working with Planning & Operations Lead in strategizing, creating
and implementing processes and systems to integrate various kinds of project planning activities into comprehensive overall plans (e.g. manpower allocation) for the entire company’s Project work force
· Liaise with all project engineers to coordinate and integrate planning efforts to achieve consistency in planning methodologies and communication of goals, targets and performance measurement (KPIs).
· Manage all Project engineers in the effective planning of project works.
· Integrate and align all planning activities into comprehensive plans for the execution of works at all sites
· Reviews and approves material & services requisition (POs) up to $10,000.00.
· Ensure inputs from all project engineers are considered prior to plans developed in
optimizing the company’s overall manpower resources for Projects
· Primary key personnel responsible and accountable for the overall sales and
revenue for the Projects Teams and Company.
· Primary key personnel responsible and accountable for the overall KPI setting for
the Projects Department, to sit down and brainstorm, set and strategize company’s overall Project KPIs BT Leads and Project Engineers on a Yearly basis
· Primary key personnel to set and prepare Individual KPI and conduct appraisals
for the project engineers and to translate to them on a yearly basis
· Focal point for the business development to all sites under the Project department
· Coordinate the personal development/upgrading of the project engineers
· Work closely with Planning & Operations Lead to prepare budgets for workshop and consumable expenses. To update and maintain cost to ensure within budget set on a yearly basis
Requirement:
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in process / pharmaceutical operations involving site piping fabrication and installation works.
3. Highly motivated individuals with good organizational skills and leadership skills
4. Able to adapt new work environment and able to lead independently
5. Proficient in MS Office applications
6. Good knowledge in reading and interpretation of Mechanical drawings.
7. Possess a valid class 3 driving licence
