We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Embedded Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining embedded systems for a variety of applications. You will work closely with hardware and software teams to integrate solutions that meet our customer’s needs while ensuring high quality, reliability, and performance.

Job Description

• Design and develop embedded systems and applications based on customer requirements and project specifications.
• Write efficient, optimized code for embedded systems in languages such as C/C++ or assembly.
• Develop, implement, and test embedded software on various platforms (e.g., ARM, or microcontrollers).
• Debug and troubleshoot embedded systems using tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and in-circuit debuggers.
• Conduct system performance analysis and implement software optimizations to meet power, speed, and resource constraints.
• Create unit tests and integrate automated testing into development processes.
• Document and maintain clear code, designs, and specifications for embedded systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality embedded products.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain version control using Git, and follow industry best practices for embedded development.
• Stay up to date with emerging embedded technologies and continuously improve the design and development process.

Requirements

• Experience in firmware development on embedded systems using C/C++ and/or assembly
• Knowledge and/or experience in embedded system such as Arm-Linux
• Knowledge and/or experience in porting codes (especially assembly language) from Intel-Linux to Arm-Linux
• Knowledge in information security or networking standards is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in secure boot for NXP i.MX solution is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as teams.

Responsibilies:

1. Provide Technical support and update customers on project development timely.
2. Communicate and coordinate with customers and relevant parties pertaining to technical requirements and engineering aspect of the assigned projects.
3. Plan, monitor and control all assigned projects are delivered within the given schedule.
4. Work with inter-departments to ensure commited schedules are met.
5. Assist to prepare and compile contractual quotation for existing and new products as per customers' enquires.
6. Prepare and release job orders/purchase requisition to various departments.
7. Prepare and generate shipment documents for delivery.

Requirement:

• Minimum NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or related.
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Able to interpret technical drawing and computer literate.
• Must be result oriented, resourceful and independent.

Authorities and Responsibilities
To manage warehouse incoming – out going goods and to ensure proper store management and control include packing of goods
To maintain and control inventory data in ERP (Navision) system accurately and promptly.
To manage goods receipt / issuance with proper documentation control.
Periodic stock counting.
Liaison with vendor on logistics matter.
Maintain / practise 5 S house keeping and Health & Safety regulation.
Competence Requirement
Secondary level with computer literacy.
Hands on application knowledge on Microsoft Excel.
Preferably with 1 year relevant working experience in warehouse / store environment.
Physically strong and healthy.

General Accounting: Handle day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and general ledger entries.

Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Bank Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.

Tax Compliance: Preparation of GST returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations

Audit Support: Prepare schedules and provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits.

Financial Documentation: Maintain accurate financial records, filing systems, and documentation in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

Ad hoc tasks: Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks as needed, including reporting and analysis.

Requirements

Education: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. o Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Oracle NetSuite) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. o Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. o Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with GST filings and tax compliance in Singapore.

Knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.

Working Hours: 44 hours per week

Monday to Friday : 8 hours per day

Saturday : 4 hours (After successful completion of probation period, you will have the flexibility to work from home on Saturdays)

· Managing project documents, including drawings, plans, contracts, and permits

· Facilitating communication between project stakeholders, such as contractors, suppliers, and clients

· Assisting with project scheduling and coordinating activities to ensure timely completion

· Assisting with budget management, tracking expenses, and coordinating procurement of materials

Requirements :-

· GCE ‘O level or equivalent

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
