• Plans and controls the execution of the project. Prepares the manpower, machinery and materials requirement on site. To confirm the duration of each critical activity and construction programme.
• Regulates current activities with regards to work methods, technical solutions, resources input and other operational details.
• Delegate duties to respective site personnel such as Foreman, Project Engineers, Safety Officer, Quantity Surveyor and Site Clerk.
• Co-ordinates matters pertaining to site progress. Manpower and machinery utilisation, mobilisation schedule, certification of payment, site disputes, planning of site facilities and workers quarters etc.
• Communicates and maintains public relation with relevant parties and local authorities.
• Prepare and compile site progress reports for progress claims and monitoring project activities.
• To verify work done by subcontractors.
• To carry out other site works job duties as instructed.

Requirements

• Candidate to possess Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and relevant certificates.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the construction field.
• Preferably with Class 3 Driving licence.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Leadership, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.

Job Responsibilities

• To supervise Drivers, Operators, General workers and maintenance of equipment at site.

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

As an LED Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LED lighting systems. Your role involves working with various LED technologies, ensuring optimal performance, and providing technical support as needed. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality LED solutions.

1. Installation and Configuration:Install and set up LED lighting systems in accordance with specifications and industry standards.
   Configure LED controllers, drivers, and associated components to ensure seamless functionality.
   
2. Maintenance and Upkeep:Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of installed LED systems to identify and address any issues promptly.
   Replace faulty components and perform upgrades to enhance system performance.
   
3. Programming and Tuning:Program LED controllers and drivers to achieve desired lighting effects and meet customer requirements.
   Fine-tune LED systems for optimal brightness, color accuracy, and energy efficiency.
   
4. Troubleshooting:Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with LED installations.
   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
   
5. Quality Assurance:Ensure that all LED installations meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
   Conduct testing and validation procedures to guarantee the reliability of LED systems.
   
6. Documentation:Maintain accurate records of all installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
   Create comprehensive documentation for reference and future troubleshooting.
   
7. Customer Support:Provide technical support to customers and address inquiries related to LED systems.
   Offer guidance on best practices for optimal system performance.
   

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experiences in LED installation, programming, repair, and maintenance.
• High School diploma or equivalent: additional technical certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
• Licensed Driver in Singapore with Lorry Driving experience is a plus.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

• Responsible for surveying works during the full phases of a construction, ensuring measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites are accurate
• Levelling, traversing, setting-out, data collecting, topography, settlement monitoring, etc.
• Perform land surveying / measurements using variety of specialist technical equipment
• Perform levelling and traversing to transfer TBM and reference line
• Coordinate and planning daily site survey works
• Prepare the setting out drawing for construction purpose
• Report daily survey works to Project Resident Surveyor

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying or Geo-spatial information and technology or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experiences as Surveyor, preferably with LTA infrastructure projects
• Well- versed in using total station
• Candidate should have technical expertise and knowledge in Civil Engineering Construction especially in foundation, structural, ERSS and viaduct
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Auto CAD
• Candidates with CSCPM/BCSS/Confined space/Work At Height certificates would be an advantage

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide support in Director’s personal matters (e.g. vehicle related, insurance, driver arrangements, family-related and etc.).
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to manage Director’s extremely busy calendar for appointments, meetings, travelling time and prioritise calendar events.
• Ensure closely monitoring of all schedules, meetings and appointment are being carried out with the respective personnel.

• Minimum 15 years relevant working experience, preferably with experiences in Instrumentation and Control.

• Knowledge in high end fieldbus communication (eg. profibus, modbus and other high end communication protocol).
• Able to read & understand single line diagram and generate Bill of Materials from single line diagram.
• Knowledge on control, schematics, motor controls and materials take-off.
• Knowledge in Mitsubishi / Siemens / Schneider / Omron PLC software would be an added advantage.
• Those with relevant project management, process design, and service & maintenance experience will be an added advantage.
