· Coordinate instructions & monitor with sales team, production, and clients for job order & design specification, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, handover completed project with project documents, etc…

· Assist in preparation of project budget for management’s approval upon project award

·Ensure workplace is well-maintained, tidy & safe.

· Plan & implement effective, efficient production and safe practices.

· Attend site meetings

· Collaborate with team to propose design and materials based on budget and client requirement to obtain material dimension, design & specification from site .

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor/Building or equivalent experience in Building Construction firm.

· Minimum (TWO) 2 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying Works in building construction firm.

· Knowledge of structural will be beneficial.

· Familiar with Structural drawings to prepare for tender and job order.

· Highly motivated Responsible & team player with good interpersonal skill.

5)Preferably proficiency in Japanese language.

4)Conducting detailed need analysis and identifying challenges at client side.

5)Responsible for managing the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, by developing and implementing processes and tools to track and manage the progress of each opportunity.

6)Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, managing their expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

7)Work closely with cross functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure that the sales strategy aligns with the overall business strategy and meets the needs of customers.
