Summary

Full contract responsibility for monitor and guides the team. End to end reporting to management for the project progress to Executive Director.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise a group of site staff, engineers. Plan and organise daily work, execution of projects, prepare project schedule, milestone reports, submission and manpower planning
• Participate in the preparation of technical specifications, design requirements, conduct tender site show round for project works and contract management
• Ensure effective project management on the implementation of design, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Ensure all Installation engineers, workers / sub-contractors work is completed in the allocated time
• Ensure safety in the workplace through close supervision and implementation of all safety requirements
• Perform investigation of accident / incident report including recommendation of preventive or improvement measures to mitigate recurrence
• Review of contractor’s resign submission, update of as-built drawing, attendance to site meeting / inspection
• Have the ability to make judgement calls/decisions based on the experience within the industry. All other decisions to be authorised by General Manager /Directors
• Ensure that all work to be carried out to the current standards & deliver excellent customer service
• Liaise with office staff to assist in the resolving of queries, customers, subcontractors & suppliers
• Provide suggestions for improvement of practices within the Company

Job Requirements

· Minimum MUST have 5 years Singapore-based ACMV experiences

· Experience in handle multiple projects and team simultaneously

· Knowledge of industrial codes, standards and procedures

· Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, etc

• Communicating with clients to better understand financial needs and report that information to the Accountant
• Managing basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting and emailing
• Recording and processing all financial and accounting practices, including profit and loss reports
• Working closely with accounting or financial professional to manage client’s records
• Maintaining bookkeeping and office accounting needs
• Collecting payments and updating accounts payable and receivable records
• Scheduling client appointments and managing important department deadlines

Job Description:

• Responsible for the creation, organization, execution, completion, and maintenance of projects
• Manage scope and quality in alignment with stakeholders and manage risks and issues along the entire lifecycle and help the team remove blockers and solve problems

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience in product development and/or software development

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-oriented mindset to achieve and exceed project goals.
• Project management certification like PMP or equivalent
• ITIL and CISSP is an added advantage
• Passion to learn and able to follow processes

• Maintaining the purchasing policy and ensure that all purchases adherer to it
• Liaison with other departments, particularly the Tender, Engineering, Project, Finance, QA/QC and Tender departments

• Prepares Commercial Bid Evaluation
• To meet targeted cost saving of the projects
• Handling Contract Negotiation with Vendors
• Assess Vendor performance based on quality, cost and reliability
• Maintaining positive relationships with Vendors
• Work closely with the Logistic personnel to optimise the shipping cost
• Matching of POs and Invoices and obtain the approval for payment

Job Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in Accounting or A levels with working experience.
