• 7 years working experience (with at least 3 years in managerial or leadership role) in FMCG manufacturing companies in a similar role preferred or relevant experience in leading medium to large scale projects involving process improvement or installation of new production line.

JOB PURPOSE

The Regional Service Engineering Manager leads, guides and manages the Service Engineering Teams to ensure that the Company’s products being used by customers are properly configured and commissioned and can be used safely. To do that, the Service Engineers have to competently check, maintain and support the engineering and technical aspects of the products and troubleshoot and rectify any faults and problems that customers encounter.

CRITICAL WORK FUNCTIONS & KEY TASKS

1. Commissioning, Maintenance and Service Assignments
2. Lead, guide and oversee the Service Engineers in various countries to provide engineering (mainly electrical and mechanical) and technical support services to customers for commissioning, preventive maintenance and corrective services. 1. Deal with manufacturers on technical issues and spare parts.
2. Plan and ensure that stock level of spare parts is optimally kept.
3. Track and ensure that testers are calibrated and checked periodically.
