· Proactive monitoring of the network links and equipment and take necessary actions to ensure the service level of the network availability and performance can be achieved at all times

· Provide on-site standby when preventive maintenance for systems or data centre is carried out by the Customer-appointed Supplier, and conduct necessary system tests to ensure the network is in normal production operating condition after such maintenance

· Obtain the lease, warranty and maintenance contracts information pertaining to all network links and equipment under the Customer and monitor the contract expiry

· Responsible for all the configurations of the network links and equipment within the scope of network administration to be configured in accordance with the Customer’s specified requirements

· Review the Customer network links and equipment configuration and make recommendations to improve the network availability, scalability and its efficient working

· Provide regular housekeeping on the network configuration and firewall rules to remove unwanted set up and configuration parameters

· Monitor all network resources proactively to ascertain the general health of the networks and to detect faults or errors. Set the network threshold to be monitored in accordance to the Customer specification

Responsibilities:

· Project management involving Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services

· Documentation of method statement and work procedures

· Review and monitor site construction activities programme to ensure work completion as scheduled

· Evaluation, Cost estimation & analysis for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services

· Preparation of design construction drawings

· Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers

· Attend site meetings and inspections.

Requirements

· Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline

· Knowledge of tender costing with experience in evaluation and cost estimation for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services will be an added advantage

· 3 years working experiences in similar position with relevant design and installation knowledge preferred but fresh graduate may apply

· Excellent interpersonal communication skill, innovative and result oriented

· Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment

• Possess general knowledge of electrical and mechanical (M&E) installations in Commercial Buildings,
• Liaise with clients and attend all meetings with building owner & tenants,

Job Description

You will design and develop electronic circuit boards for our drone systems and be part of a tight-knit team that provides safe, reliable drone systems and quality services to our distinguished customers in Singapore and around the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Research for solution: You will research and define efficient and reliable architecture to fulfil electronic circuit board requirements for our drone systems.
• Component sourcing: You will source suitable electronic components to implement the design architecture.
• Schematic design: You will study datasheets of the electronic components and design the schematic of electronic circuit boards that can fulfil the requirements.
• PCB design: You will design the PCB layout of electronic circuit boards and generate Gerber files for PCB fabrication.
• Firmware design: You will be responsible for firmware programming in embedded C/C++ language.
• PCB assembly test: You will test PCB assemblies thoroughly and ensure they operate as expected.
• Generation of documents and drawings: You will generate documents and drawings of design and test.
  

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or a field related to electronic hardware and firmware design.
• 2-3 years of industry or other relevant experience in electronic hardware and firmware design
• Experience in analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience in designing electronic circuits with microcontrollers, digital signal processors (DSPs), field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), etc.
• Knowledge in various communication buses and protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, etc.
• Proficient in schematic and PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD Capture and PCB Designer, Autodesk EAGLE, etc.
• Proficient in using instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analysers, etc. to troubleshoot issues on electronic circuit boards.
• Proficient in C/C++ programming language.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  

• Prepare and submit Progress Claim and liaise with Client on claims and variation costs.
• Preparation and Issuance of Contracts to Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.
• Review and verify the Sub-Contractor’s / Supplier’s / Service Provider’s claim and prepare payment response and obtain approval.
• Provide necessary documentation for preparation of final accounts.
• Source, liaise and negotiate with Suppliers and Vendors based on project requirement.
• Liaise with project team for material ordering and issuing of Purchase Order to vendors.
• Coordinate and monitoring delivery schedule to meet works schedule on site.
• Maintain accurate records of document activities such as revisions, approval and distribution.
• Ensure project documents comply with project requirements such as specification, quality standard and regulatory requirement.
• Ensure confidentiality and safe guards of controlled documents.
• File and archive documents to facilitate proper review and retrievable.
• Managing project document revision and ensuring Project Team is working with the latest version of document.
• Assist for project-related audits and inspections by preparing and organizing project documents for review and responding to auditor or inspector requests.
• Coordination and preparation for all site staffs and worker in-house training.
• Identify learning needs and prepare training plan in consultation with Management.

• Project coordination and supervision of site installation, testing and commissioning
• Ensure smooth and timely delivery of project

• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Min 3 years working experiences in Fire Protection Services
• Work experience on Fire Sprinkler System and Fire Alarm System
• Familiar with relevant standards, Codes of Practices and Authority requirements
• Good interpersonal communication skill, innovative and result oriented
• Able to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment
• Having LTA /Tunnel experiences will be an added advantage.
