• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project plans and schedules.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on MEP worksites, promoting a safe working environment and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to MEP activities, including progress reports, compliance certificates, as-built drawings, and variation orders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in MEP management within construction projects, ideally in subcontracting roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Singapore.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Leadership abilities to lead and motivate a diverse team, resolve conflicts, and drive performance.
• Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and ensure MEP systems operate efficiently and reliably.
