• Lifting supervisors appointed for tower or mobile cranes at the worksites must complete the Lifting Supervisors Safety Course conducted by an accredited training provider.

The Senior Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications and systems. This role involves leading development projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and user needs.

1. Software Design and Development

• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and high-performance software solutions using appropriate technologies and best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

2. Project Leadership

• Lead development projects from concept to completion, including planning, execution, and deployment.
• Coordinate with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

3. Code Review and Quality Assurance

• Continuously improve development processes and practices to enhance productivity and software quality.

Qualities We Value

• 3 years of experience in software development in programming language like Java and ASP.NET.
• Experienced in all stages of the project lifecycle, e.g. planning, requirements gathering, design documentation, testing and rollout.
• Experienced in API, Message Queue & FTP Protocol.
• Experienced in Security Test like software Source Code Review and VAPT.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
• Experienced in implementing software for the public sector will be a plus.
