Job Responsibilities
1) Lead a group of BIM Modelers and Coordinators from design to Construction Stage.
2) Plan, design, delivery and efficient management of the BIM Plan.
3) Assist project teams in BIM Project setup, project work modelling and detailing.
4) Manage and distribute project construction phase for submittals, construction models, shop drawings and schedules.
5) Manage BIM Standards development, implementation, enforcement, modelling workflow and methodologies.
6) Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all construction / shop drawings produced.
7) Manage interferences between BIM models of different disciplines (i.e.: architecture, structure, MEP, etc.).
8) Act as the intermediary between designers, clients and architects.
9) Provide fundamental and intermediate training to BIM members and related stakeholders.
10) Produce regular updates on BIM implementation schedules and measure the effectiveness of the implementation.
Job Requirements
1) At least a Diploma in Architecture / Civil / M&E Engineering or any equivalent qualification.
2) Minimum 7 years of BIM / VDC local Project experience.
3) Certificate in BIM Management / VDC will be an advantage.
4) Knowledge in Latest technology for 4D – 7D BIM / VDC / VR / Simulations will be an advantage.
5) Knowledge in Bentley Micronstation plant design application software such as OpenPlant Modeler and OpenPlant PID is preferred.
