Shift 1: Mon - Fri (8am - 5.30pm)
Shift 2: Mon - Thu (8am - 8pm)
Location: Loyang Way (Pick up transport from Pasir Ris, Tampines, Bedok)

Job Description:
• To conduct quality check of product, boards and panels
• Adhere to Work-Station-Instruction Procedures
• Responsible to fill out proper documentation
• Responsible for maintaining Good Discipline and Housekeeping
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:
- Min A Level
- Able to commit for 6 months
- Able to do shift work

Office Admin – 5 Days

Work Location: Bukit Batok (West)

Job Responsibilities:

• General administrative and sales support.

• Travel arrangement including air flights and hotel accommodations.

• Liaise with vendors, customers, transporters & forwarders on timely collections and delivery of orders.

• Related ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• GCE’O’ level or ITE graduate.

• Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Only Singaporean or PR need to apply.

• Oversee the call center department.
• Handle incoming calls and feedback from emails or texts.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and schedule meetings with them to complete orders
• Arrange and oversee communications, reports, or paperwork with clients and suppliers.
• File a report for any booking system errors.
• Additional ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in relevant studies
• At least 4-5 years of customer service experience
• Experience in customer service with tech companies is preferred
