Job Scope

-prepared payment voucher

-updated suppliers' invoice

-Maintain pretty cash properly

-main stock movement

-Montly closing on time

-Maintain bank reconciliation

-updated fixed asset schedule and other balance sheet items' schedule

-prepared ECI Form and draft tax computation

Duties and Responsibilities

· To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work;

· Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards;

· Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries;

· To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers;

· To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule;

· Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings;

· To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers;

· Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship;

· Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly;

· Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.

1. At least 2 years of working experience in the renovation contractor industry;

2. Proven experience working as a Supervisor;

3. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment;

4. Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, problem-solving skills;

5. Excellent organizational and communication skills;

6. May need to work on Sunday and public holiday.

7. Able to work night shift and split shift
