• In charge of piping materials (including bolt/nuts) & paints
• In charge of storage D&E storage facility stock checking

Job Description:

• Works are carried out by the contractor in accordance with the Contract Documents 

Requirements:

· Having relevant working experience in construction industry / project site work is beneficial

· Able to read and write in simple English is a plus

Role:

• 6-8 months contract
• Reports to Scientist
• Perform analytical work on the various samples from the research project

Nature of work and duties:

• Ensure samples sent to the Lab are processed in accordance with SOP
• Operate the microwave digestor and prepare samples for ICP-OES analysis
• Ensure ICP-OES is calibrated and run based on SOP for various samples under the research project
• General cleaning of laboratory glassware, tools, equipment
• Monitoring and housekeeping of equipment
• Assist officers with preparing growing substrate, planting, transplanting and maintenance of greenhouses
• Perform data and sample collection

Qualification:

• Undergraduates pursuing a Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Soil Science, or Horticulture; or
• Diploma in Chemistry

Experience:

• At least one year of hands-on laboratory experience
• Candidates having experience operating an ICP-OES will be given preference

Responsibilities

Job Description

1. Updating of flight schedules into WATS and SAP and ensure that all re-timed flights are manually amended in WATS.

2. Generate daily flight movement report.

3. Ensure that OHFs are correctly raised for all chargeable transits.

Responsibilities:

Assist in providing accounting and administrative duties to the accounting team in Accounts Payable function. The role requires the candidate to be organized, have keen eye for details and preferably experience in processing progress claims from vendors in construction industry.

Duties:

• Ensure vendors’ invoices are checked appropriately to the supporting documents and recorded into system accurately and timely.
• Ensure Statement of Accounts are received from vendors and monthly reconciliation are performed to identify irregularities.
• Keeping track of all cheques issued out and maintain petty cash reports.
• Assist in review of payments to vendors.
• Preparing monthly Accounts Payables reports as required by management.
• Assist to prepare documents and answer queries required by external auditors in yearly financial audit.
• Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries by vendors or Project Managers.
• All other ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by the management.
