• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer (PE) Board or
• Qualifications accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for registration as Resident Engineer

Job Description :

• To perform quantity take off and cost comparison for respective work trades
• To complete and submit of PQ document
• To access tender documents and ensure sufficient information available for tender preparation
• To perform quantity takeoff
• To request for quotations and assessment
• To coordinate and communicate with relevant agencies during tender preparation
• To prepare tender documents for submission
• Assists in the mobilization of small new projects (i.e. when the new team is not in place yet)
• To submit tenders and follow up for clarification

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying
