• Provide product engineering support to reliability lab to understand and resolve reliability failures
• Compliance to safety, discipline and housekeeping rules
• Support cost reduction through yield improvement and resolving excursion
• Participate in continuous yield and productivity improvement projects

More About You:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant product engineering experiences in front-end wafer fab environment or
• In depth knowledge of semiconductor device physics, electrical & electronics engineering fundamentals & wafer fabrication processes
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Analyse tender documents, drawings and specifications
• Conduct quantity take off and estimate costs
• Coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors to prepare costing for tender submission
• Prepare tender and supporting documents for submission
• Follow up on any technical clarifications during post-tender stage
• Attend site showrounds and tender interviews
• Prepare sub-contractor agreement, work order and VO
• Monitor project progress and control budget
• Collaborate with Project Team to track work progress for claim submission to Main Contractor
• Assess sub-contractor's monthly claims and prepare payment certificate/response

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in Construction, preferably in handling ACMV / HVAC projects for building construction industry.
• Knowlegeable of ACMV details, local codes and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a good team player.
• Strong follow up and closure skills

• To Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare month end journal entries
• To Prepare Bank recouncilliation
• Prepare monthly operating cash flow forecasts / GST & various statistics reports
• Prepare tax invoices, delivery orders and monitor overdue accounts
• Prepare all staffs’ petty cash and claim.
• Knowledge in Quick Book.
• Handle full set of accounts.
• Liaise with internal/external auditors and tax professionals in related areas.
• Prefer working in construction firm (Construction Account experiences)
