REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Others or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be familiar with MOM WSH regulations in construction sites
• Must be able to work independently and or as a team whenever the situation calls for
• Must be willing to learn on the job and adapt to different working environments as and when required
• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary

• Reports to the Construction Manager
• To ensure that day to day lifting operations are monitored at an appropriate level.
• Plan, organize, supervise and liaise closely with sub-contractors and operation teams on all ongoing lifting activities.
• Perform routine checks and inspections on site to ensure the compliance with authorities’ requirements.
• Address to concerned party regarding the safety of any lifting operations
• Provide reports to construction team regularly
• Liaise closely with HSE team to ensure operations comply with safety standards

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction field; inclusive of 3 years’ experience in construction and supervision for vehicular structures and road projects (LTA Road / MRT / Viaduct)
• Technically expert and highly knowledgeable in lifting of heavy structures
• Candidates with previous experiences in LTA Projects are preferred
• Attained IES/SHETC Appointed Person for Lifting Operation certification is mandatory for this position
• This position require to perform night lifting works when necessary
