Roles and Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support to office and team as required in a timely, proactive and diligent manner.

· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company processes and procedures.

· Assist with data entry, managing and handling documents and records.

· Preparation of tax invoices and other documents.

· Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes.

· Carry out administrative duties (liaising with customers and suppliers).

· Assist in preparation and processing of purchase orders.

· Ensure all purchasing quotation, requisition form, delivery order and other documentations are properly recorded and filed.

· Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

· Proficient in English.

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.

· Qualifications in secretarial and basic accounting is welcome.

· 1 - 2 years of experience in administrative role.

· Commitment to quality in performing required tasks.

Job Description:

Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the chemical industry to expand the company's market share.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in the chemical sector.

Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.

Drive lead generation through cold calling, networking, and industry-specific research to identify high-value prospects.

Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product/service demonstrations tailored to clients in the chemical industry.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to newly acquired clients.

Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and regularly update the management team on sales progress and market opportunities.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Business Administration/Management, Maritime Studies, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

At least 1 year of working experience in sales or business development, preferably in the chemical industry or a related field.

Strong ability to independently generate leads and build a pipeline in a new market.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills tailored to the chemical industry.

Target-driven and passionate about new business acquisition in the chemical sector.

The Nanyang Technological University NTI-NTU Corporate Laboratory is seeking to hire a Research Associate. The selected candidate will innovate technologies on metalens and other related devices and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of microfabrication process for metalens and related devices using cleanroom facilities,
• Working in cleanroom environment and usage of facilities such as SEM, EBL, etc.
• Characterization of metalens and related devices
• Project planning and progress reporting

Job Requirements:

• Masters degree in relevant Engineering or Science discipline.
• At least 3 years of working experience in microfabrication (processing).
• Familiarity with cleanroom facilities and processing
• Basic knowledge on device characterization
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and also in a team environment.
