We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Payroll Officer to support our HR department in processing payroll accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll procedures and excellent numerical skills to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees.
• Verify and input timekeeping data, including hours worked and leave taken.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Support with payroll reporting and audits as needed.

Who we’re looking for

• Diploma or equivalent; additional accounting or payroll certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to understand customers/project requirements.
• Work closely with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs, and to determine system requirements.
• Prepare project document submissions, and support other team members in execution.
• Performing quality control tasks on equipment, budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
• Coordinating, cooperating and communicating with team members and other project participants and collaborating to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, safety practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• No working experience are welcome to apply
