Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on new product introductions in alignment with project goals.
• Plan and implement production line setups according to requirements.
• Participate in IPD (Integrated Product Development) reviews, providing and implementing relevant suggestions.
• Develop and continuously optimize manufacturing processes for new products.
• Analyze and optimize process timing for existing products to achieve balanced production lines.
• Manage safety aspects related to process issues and events, create corrective and preventive measures to reduce future risks, and enhance safety and efficiency.
• Prepare, train, and optimize process control documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide technical guidance, management, supervision, and support for manufacturing processes on the shop floor.
• Continuously improve the quality of products on the production line.

• Diploma or higher in Manufacturing Process or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes and industrial engineering.
• Familiar with manufacturing/assembly processes, software loading, and integration testing.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo for drafting.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing process development, production line balancing, and production line introduction.
• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work style, and excellent execution skills.
• Eager to learn, highly motivated, and possess strong teamwork, communication, organizational, and coordination abilities.

What will you do?

As a Quality Engineer, you have the opportunity to accelerate the delivery and to improve the quality of the software we build.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the product testing coverage from development to production environments. You will be part of an Engineering team that is working on problems in a number of areas, including design, plan, execute acceptance criteria define in user stories, detecting security vulnerability or application performance issues and conduct extensive exploratory testing to reduce the potential risks will be encountered by end users. Your focus is developing automated test scripts rather than finding bugs. Your job is to accelerate product development by helping developers help themselves.

You will typically work in small, nimble teams that collaborate on common problems across projects and across focus areas. As a result, you will have exposure to a broader set of problems, which allows for fast career growth and proximity to abundant technical problems.

• Build advanced automated test suites to exercise our world-class applications.
• Work with the development and other engineering teams to automate testing, applying risk-based strategy.
• Conduct static and dynamic application security testing (SAST) and (DAST).
• Conduct load and performance testing to identify application bottleneck.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies related to application quality.
• Analyse and decompose complicated software systems and design a strategy to test these systems.

What are we looking for?

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Min 5 years experience in one or more of the followings:
• Application exploratory testing and regression test automation
• Application performance testing
• Application security testing
• Strong analytical skills.
• Meticulous attention to details.
• Good interpersonal skills such as tactfulness.
• Good presentation and listening skills.
• Experience in agile development environment will be an added advantage.
• Experience with open source automated testing framework like Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, Cucumber, Appium, Selenium or enterprise level testing tools (Tricentis QTest/TOSCA, Micro Focus UFT or Micro Focus ALM/Quality Center) will be an added advantage.
• Experience with open source performance testing tools like K6, JMeter, Locust or enterprise level testing tools (Micro Focus LoadRunner) will be an added advantage.
• Experience with open source security testing tools like ZAP, Burp Suite, SQL Map, Clair, etc or enterprise level security tools (Mirco Focus Fortify On Demand, Prisma Cloud, Veracode, Nessus or CheckMarx) will be an added advantage.
• Experience to setup the pipeline with CICD tools, such as GitLab, Bamboo and etc.
• Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst and/or CREST/OSCP certification will be an added advantage.
