Common accountabilities:

- Proficient in technical knowledge to ensure team performs at a high level. Is recognized as a leader in own area and may formally train Specialists/Senior Specialists. ​

Specific accountabilities:

Engagement management:
* Plan and manage all solution-oriented activities of IT bid projects including additional services
* Be the prime Amadeus point of contact for the customer on functional and technical matters
* Lead amadeus functional and technical SMEs interacting with the customer
* Ensure optimised use of customer and Amadeus ressources during the engagement phases (familiarisation, gaps indentification, gaps description, scope optimisation...)
* Coordinate the joint elaboration of the solution design
* Identify and manage all potential competitive threats and risk associated with the solution
* Ensure effective handover of IT sales projects to project implementation teams

RFP/RFI engagements and unsolicited proposals:
* Set up high-level project timelines for the RFP answer. Identify & secure resource requirements from relevant groups (PMs/Dev/ADP) and coordinate all components/inputs to the answer
* Produce solution-related documentation for IT customer proposals

* Produce solution-related documentation for IT customer proposals & prepare the response document for submission

*Lead all T2RL bids with all processes complied as per T2RL portal requirements.

Scope definition and approval process
* Support Technical Scoping workshops in identifying and referencing all interfaces to be developped. Interaction with Amadeus and customer senior management required
* Coordinate different functional streams on the customer side with Amadeus PM and Product Definition teams in order to ensure end to end solution consistency
* Minimize functional and technical gaps throughout the sales engagement
* Coordinate the approval process ensuring sign off of customer and Amadeus groups

Sales support during Commercial and Contractual discussions
* Ensure alignment between the proposed solution with the commercials
* Support Sales in contract negotiations for solution-related issues and review solution-related contract schedules

Portfolio evolution
* Feed market & customer solutions requirements to Product Management for product qualification (private or community product, itemised product ot included in baseline)
* Whenever possible, analyse solution offerings of competitors and inform Product Management and IT Marketing accordingly

About ideal candidate

• Master degree in computer science, or MBA
• Proven experience and passion for pre-sales, experience on RFP/RFI process, T2RL processes, hands-on live product demos
• Minimum 10yrs experience in Airline IT product presales or product marketing.
• Proven skills in using data to drive solution decisions.
• Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
• Effective communication skills towards customers, executive stakeholders, and teams.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt.
• Experienced in project management, stakeholder coordination & senior management reporting.

Job Objectives

The DevOps Engineer is responsible in writing CI/CD pipelines for different types of deployments across different types of platforms. This role will be responsible and accountable to deliver all technical implementations in-line with DevOps objectives.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for maintaining the DevOps Toolset with enterprise standard, supporting DevOps CI/CD platform and rolling out DevOps pipeline across business units as a centralized solution. The successful candidate will be a technically savvy, dynamic leader, excellent communicator, have demonstrable technical hand-on supporting CI/CD toolset coupled with excellent infrastructure knowledge and automation expertise.

As part of a cross-functional product development group, you should be comfortable with working as part of highly talented teams ensuring that modern technology and process are utilised as part of the role.

We’re looking for a hands engineer who will be:

· Developing and maintaining the entire DevOps pipelines.

· Coordinate with the stakeholders from requirements gathering until successful implementation DevOps pipeline on boarding.

· Work with the vendors to setup centralized DevOps solutions considering market best practice, Industry standard and ease of support.

· Work with the vendors to upgrade the DevOps tools farm and Integrating with tools.

· Lead analysis and resolution of root cause for Test Orchestration / Environment related issues

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

· Excellent written and oral communication skills; writing, publishing and conference-level presentation skills

· Stays current with industry trends and leads development of key DevOps, Runtime, and Operational innovation platforms.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Must:

· Deep technical background, with hands-on experience in supporting CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar, Veracode, JIRA and Confluence).

· Prior technical background on different build strategies.

· Deep technical background on Kubernetes deployment process.

· Good knowledge on maintaining/deploying secrets in Kubernetes.

· Strong working experience in setting up Jira workflow.

· Strong hands on experience on Shell or Groovy scripting.

· Deep technical background on AI - ML.

· Prior experience is customizing JIRA and Setting up confluence spaces.

· Prior hand-on experience in setting up CI/CD pipeline as a centralized solution.

· Hand on experience in setting up DevOps governance, Security standards and audit requirements.

· Prior experience in setting up DevOps pipeline in internal and external could offerings.

· Experience with continuous testing, techniques and tools (Junit, Sonar Cube, Veracode etc.)

· Technical exposure of automation accomplished with advanced Python, Chef, Ruby and PowerShell

· Extensive experience in virtualization, cloud infrastructure and related technologies

· A strong passion for infrastructure as code and associated automation and provisioning tools

· Proven record of accomplishment of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals.

· Excellent communication skills

Should:

· Build relationships, obtain buy-in for proposed changes

· Evidenced delivery of complex projects

· Security concepts and what makes for a secure solution

· Analyzing, documenting and validating business requirements

· Ability to advice on industry standard tools for monitoring, alerting, configuration management and performance tuning

Field Engineer

Salary: $4000 - $4500 + OT
Working Hours: 9am-6pm
Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]
Working Location: Bukit Batok

Responsibilities

• To Program KNX ETS program for upcoming projects
• To be able to handle electrical wiring and troubleshoot.
• To be able to handle project management on site.
• Able to coordinate with other sub-contractor on site for both lighting and lighting control system.
• To be able to operate 24/7 in the event of a maintenance contract project.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering related field from a certified college.
• Certification in Electrical Technician field from an accredited institution
• Prefer 1 to 2 years’ experience in Building Automations
• Able to Identify and troubleshoot various electrical issues.
• Knowledgeable in lighting control systems
• Preferred Certificate of KNX Installer
