What will you do?

• Undertake technical reviews of customer drawings and specifications
• Monitor and control commissioning deliverable progress to ensure the on-time delivery of the projects. Use the tracking board tool and take pro-active decisions and actions to prevent any slippages. Ensure full & effective reporting of project progress & status to the management
• Manage Project Risks & Opportunities associated with the commissioning deliverables by assessing, identifying, mitigating and controlling any potential situations that could impact (negatively or positively) the performance of the project
• Master Variation Order & Claim process for both Customer and vendors. Work with the Project Manager to obtain Variation Orders for any deviation from the contractual scope
• Mitigate any source of conflict with customer or internal stakeholders throughout the project installation phase
• Drive customer relationship and proactively communicate (executive summary, emails, calls, meetings). Establish key relationships with all relevant project stakeholders

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or an equivalent engineering discipline
• Minimum of five years' work experience in EPMS, BMS, HVAC, or Industrial Controls/ Automation
• Previous work experience as a automation/ controls commissioning engineer and managing a team of technicians is preferable
• Knowledge of Modicon PLCs and EcoStruxure Control Expert (formerly Unity Pro)
• Knowledge of Citect SCADA
• Advantage to have experience in commissioning within a Data Centre environment

Responsibilities:

• Reviews technical specifications, drawings, procedures, and standards pertaining to project requirements
• Prepares and reviews the project quality documents, procedure, ITP
• Reviews drawings, documents, and weekly update drawing register form documents controller and distribute to project Quality Assurance personnel.
• Administrates the project's internal quality audit to ensure compliance with the project quality plan.
• Monitors the inspection and documentation activities of the Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure compliance with the inspection test plan and project quality requirements
• Resolves quality-related issues arising from subcontractor and in-house production
• Ensures protection and preservation of various systems
• Ensures updates on electrical completion and mechanical completion progress in the project database
• Assigns the systems to be tested by the various supervisors and technicians involved in the operation
• Reviews the quality work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Coordinates the testing and commissioning requirements with Engineering, Project Manager, Quality Assurance Department, and vendors
• Reports non-conformance and issue improvement notes where necessary
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements:

• Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine and Offshore or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance working experience, and the offshore or marine industry

Job description:

- Work on design and develop automated systems for testing and production in hardware engineering.

- work with robotics, embedded systems, and various programming and scripting languages to create efficient, reliable, and scalable automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing automated test systems for hardware components.
• Conduct functional and performance testing using automated systems.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in hardware and automated systems.
• Maintain and upgrade existing automated test systems.
• Document test procedures, results, and system configurations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years experience in factory automation
• Skills required RFID, factory automation

Assistant Process Engineer

• Salary: $3000 - $3700 (depending on experience)
• Working hour: Mon–Fri: 8.15am – 5.30pm
• Working location: Tuas (Transport provided at Lakeside & Boon Lay MRT station)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for factory routine / ad-hoc / maintenance task
• Plan and execute total preventive & corrective maintenance for different functional machine /equipment/facility
• Identify critical machine parts and stock in accordingly to minimize machine idle time.
• Manage spare part store and inventory within cost budget
• Perform machine setup and ensure smooth machine run prior handover to production
• Maintain up to date maintenance schedule, procedures, machine manual, risk assessment, check list and establish new SOP if necessary
• Guide and train the team member to enhance their technical knowledge
• Key maintenance personnel to lead a team of maintenance technicians for assigned duty
• Assist Engineering function for new machine/line introduction in terms of design and implementation
• Liaise with various vendors for job quotation & retrofit of machine
• Work according to 5S principle and company safety regulation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in electrical or relevant engineering.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in equipment and facility maintenance.
• Hands-on experiences for motor, pumps, formulation tank, scrubber, dust collector, chiller and air compressor will be an added advantage.
• Possess Manage Work At Height (MWAH) / Risk Assessment Cert preferably.
