Job Description – Project Manager

Responsibilities

- To be responsible for the smooth completion of the assigned project, in terms of both administrative and operational aspects

- To attend site meetings with the Main-Contractor and/or Sub-Contractor(s) whenever necessary with regards to any site issues, and to update our own construction team

- To make sure site work progress follows the Schedule given by the Main-Contractor

- To work closely with main-office staff to prepare monthly Progress Claims, Payment Certificates, or the like.

- Prepare Minutes of Meetings for all joint meetings held with Main-Contractors, Sub-Contractors, or site personnel.

- To advise both Main-Contractor and Sub-Contractor personnel on technical knowledge pertaining to site works (E.g. Reference lines, datum lines, etc).

- To study shop-drawings and make sure the project team has the latest set

- To manage and review Sub-Contractor(s) and their monthly performance.

- To prepare Method of Statement as and when necessary, for specific works.

- To manage and account for all materials & equipment delivered to site

- To prepare and manage worker Organizational Chart for both the Company’s workers and Supply Worker alike.

- To prepare and manage site Tools List. Any material or tools left on site premises must be accounted for at all times.

- To manage workers’ time cards. Must make sure workers, especially supply workers, do not work unnecessary overtime. Any overtime works must be first approved by the Managing Director before commencement.

- To prepare and manage the site tools sign-in/out list.

- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements

- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or similar course

- Has at least 5 years of experience in Singapore in the related field

- Has experience working for LTA projects / high-rise buildings

SPI Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and updating the database when required. Ensuring that before configuration changes are made that they comply with change management control procedures and are documented and communicated clearly and are reflected to the database structure.

The prime accountability of this position will be to monitor the SPI Application to ensure compliance by users contributing data, monitor project information, merge changes from Topside and Hull, review database change requests, review symbol change requests, review output reports for consistency.

1. Proven Experience with PLC/DCS wiring and layout, instrument loop diagrams
2. Proven Experience using Intergraph Smart Plant Instrumentation (Previously known as Intools) modules including Instrument Index, Instrument Spec Sheets, Wiring, Process Datasheets, and Loop Diagrams
3. In-depth Proven Experience in Smart Plant Administration including database upgrades, setting-up and supporting Smart Plant Instrumentation projects, and splitting off projects for parallel engineering
4. Excellent technical writing skills.

As a Network & Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network & security infrastructures for our diverse range of clients. You will work collaboratively with other IT professionals to integrate various technologies, ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our clients' network & security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN) & security (FW, NAC) solutions tailored to client needs
• Configure and install routers, switches, wireless controllers, firewalls and other network devices
• Monitor network performance and integrity, ensuring high availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues escalated by support teams
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Propose and implement improvements to network performance, security, capacity, and scalability
• Participate in project deployments, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of network & security solutions

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the networking field, preferably with a systems integrator
• Hands-on experience with wired and wireless networking deployment
• Aruba Wired or Wireless certification is a an advantage
• Well verse with the different types of network routing and switching technology.
• Knowledge of wireless technology and products.
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in network management, control, security and monitoring
• Good experience with firewalls, VPNs, remote implementations, and troubleshooting
• Ability to set up and configure server hardware will be added advantage
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
