· Monitor and report on the progress of work to project manager;

· Responsible for conducting QA/QC inspection, managing RE, RTO and responsible for clearing QA/QC inspections to meet with construction schedule.

· Provide and maintain all site inspection records & T&C records up to date.

· Ensure quality of MEP workmanship and compliance with safety and environmental requirements

Requirements:

· Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, recognized by PE Board Singapore;

Position Title: Contract Associate

Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Contract Assistant to support our Contract Manager in the execution and oversight of construction contracts. The successful candidate will assist in managing contractual responsibilities, ensuring compliance with terms, and facilitating communication between our company and the Land Transport Authority (LTA) of Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations of subcontractor’s progress payments
• Handling disputes and modifications to contracts.
• Review of sub-contract documents to negotiate terms with subcontractors and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor project progress and Delay analysis to ensure alignment with contractual timelines and specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all contract-related activities and correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a construction or contracting environment, preferably with a focus on public sector projects (at least 5 years)
• Strong understanding of construction laws and regulations in Singapore.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Review M & E Drawings
• Follow up on drawing discrepancies

Requirements:

• ITE/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical in any engineering field
• Prior experience in interior fit out works would be an added advantage
• Office proficient in (AutoCAD/Microsoft Office/Microsoft Project)
• Fluent in English, both written & spoken
• Independent, resourceful, pro-active and team player
• Possess good organization, planning and project management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
