• More than 5 years of system engineering experience or relevant experience.
• Experience in leading a team of between 5-10 engineers.
• Design and prototype mechanical systems: drive train design, structure design, heat/airflow management, shock and vibration design, and covers and casings.
• Proficient with FEA or CFD.
• Experience in computer-aided drafting and design with particular emphasis on Solidworks.
• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), as the successful candidate will facilitate the link between Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Involvement in Continual Improvement initiatives (eg. 5S, Lean, Kaizen).
