Responsibilities

• Undertake detailed geotechnical design and analysis
• Review of all design drawings to ensure comply with relevant statutory standard, regulations and codes of practices.
• Project coordination including submission to local authorities and liaison during the construction stage.

• Responsible for attendance to daily site coordination meeting and provide detail coordination with subcontractors.

Job Description:

• Ensure compliance of HVAC professional drawings and construction technology with local regulations.
• Prepare HVAC professional construction plans and technical disclosures, and oversee on-site quality management.
• Proficiently utilize CAD software for drawing revisions and modifications, including as-built drawings.
