Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Communication/Networking/IT/Instrumentation
• Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in handling products business or managing projects for process industries
• Basic application knowledge in industries as Refining/ Petrochemical/Power/Oil & Gas etc
• Willing to travel in Southeast Asia region including short term stay at customer locations to oversee project implementation
• Basic understanding and experience on Digital communications, IIoT, Field instruments
• Knowledge on various solutions used in industry and commercial. Basic info on telecom & networking is desirable
• Good presentation skills and networking capabilities
• Exposure to sales pursuit experience or implementation of projects with multiple products or 3rd party items packages for industries

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 Support to the IT Team
• Assist on L2 IT-related matters and work with vendor on issues
• Maintenance of IT peripherals including backup & recovery
• Set-up & installation or migration of IT peripherals
• Relocation of IT peripherals within premises
• Troubleshoot hardware & software issues
• Users profile administration
• Provides IT Support for onboarding and offboarding of staff
• Installation and configuration of software according to customer standard

Requirement

• Minimum ITE / Diploma in IT or equivalent
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in IT field
• User support experience is preferred

1. Responsible for analyzing existing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity while minimizing costs
2. Ensuring the highest standards of quality in manufactured products is paramount. Develop and implement quality control measures, conduct thorough inspections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any quality-related issues swiftly
3. Manage resources effectively, including raw materials, equipment, and manpower, to maximize output while adhering to budgetary constraints and sustainability goals
4. Embracing a culture of continuous improvement, lead initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, cost saving, reducing waste, and optimizing overall efficiency
5. Prioritizing the well-being of personnel and compliance with regulatory standards, establish and enforce rigorous safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures to maintain a safe working environment
6. Coordinate in scheduled meetings, monitor production output & lead time, maintain other production standards and ensure quality control
7. Handling legal requirement matters such as local licensing, overseas product legal issues, new legal requirements, ISO, safety and others
8. Improvement & upgrading of the production plant, simplified the process or automation
9. Evaluate and recommend the digital system for process data recording, inventory and others
10. Liaising with HOD to develop plans that improve production, costs and labour required

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Process
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, Auto-Cad
• Mature, possess effective communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels

Job Scope:

• Responsible for full spectrum of the Company’s quality standard
• Issue, maintain and file all QA reports (e.g. 8D report)
• Ensure maintenance of proper records pertaining to quality related issues
• Send QA reports to vendors
• Ensure timely closure and response of all QA issues
• Ensure effective corrective action taken for all NCR/CAR issued
• Follow up with vendors on their corrective action for rejected parts
• On-site audit at vendor’s location whenever required
• Conduct FA inspections
• Issue, maintain and file FA reports
• Maintain and upkeep Quality Management System and Quality System Procedure in accordance
