• Good graduate Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, preferably recognised by the PE Board, Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience in supervising civil and structural works in water/used water treatment works.
• Registered with IES as Resident Engineer (Civil).
• A person with good communication and leadership skills.

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Water industry. They are looking for a Procurement Engineer to assist their Procurement team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Central – easily accessible. This Senior Purchaser would be responsible for :

• Responsible for vendor management to ensure approved vendors meet the delivery, quality and cost standards
• Responsible for the negotiation to ensure and improve suppliers' price competitiveness, lead-time and on time delivery
• Ensure all necessary documents are in place
• Responsible to provide customers with solutions and internal cross functional teams, for cost effectiveness
• Responsible for materials planning
• Liaise with forwarder for shipping arrangment

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry
