Responsibilities: -

• Provide technical support for machines, including troubleshooting issues, performing maintenance tasks, and optimizing machine performance to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Offer direct support on machines at local and overseas customer facilities.
• Attend weekly meetings and presentations.
• Write technical reports detailing machine performance, maintenance activities, troubleshooting procedures, and any improvements or recommendations for future operations.
• Able to handle specific jigs and tools during service jobs.
• Assist Senior Engineers in performing higher-level technical tasks.
• Performe ad-hoc delivery of parts to customers.
• Performing service, installation, and troubleshooting jobs both locally and overseas, traveling as needed to customer sites to address technical issues, install equipment, and ensure smooth operation of machines and systems.

• Min. Nitec in Electronics / Electrical / Microelectronics Engineering
• No experience required, training is provided
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP B1

• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 5500 + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Local Assignment:

• Perform in-house testing, Electrical & Pressure Tests, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
• Perform site commissioning/start-up for analytical systems and project-related jobs
• Ensure that testing records and other related technical documents for each analytics system are kept and maintained in the department documentation system
• Ensure ownership of and compliance with all departments and company initiatives
• Perform internal and external coordination with regard to issues related to projects, overseas commissioning, and local maintenance activities
• Carry out customer services for preventive maintenance and shutdown of analytics systems services
• Carry out on-call/ emergency service jobs for local customers
• Support the department training initiatives and assist in developing the skills of new engineers and technicians
• Support the department initiatives on customer service, best practices, testing methods, documentation, job planning, and project execution
• Support the company initiatives on safety and continuous improvement
• May be assigned for long-term service contracts in Jurong Island

Overseas Assignment:

• Perform site commissioning/ start-up services for analyzer systems
