Site Engineer Responsibilities:

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding customer or market needs to develop new ideas or innovate existing product

• Providing key features and benefits of the new ideas / innovations of existing product

• Create Pre-Analytics report

• Collect Data and analyse report

• Conduct testing for relevant certification and report

• Create or guiding Product Training documents (technical specifications, installation guide and user guide), Marketing material

Additional Information:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / IT&D field

• Proficient in Windows, Word, Power Point, Photoshop, Excel and Access

• Good communication skill and good written and spoken in English and third language will be at advantage

• This position may need to communicate with China customer

• Willing to learn and explore new technologies

• Able work independently and also with other both indoor and outdoor locations

Our client is a IT Service Provider, who provides IT support, computing parts distribution and computing equipment resell. Due to expansion, they are looking out for a Desktop Support Engineer (12 months contract (renewable)) to support them in their growing business.

Location: Raffles Place

Working hour: 9.00am to 6.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Roles and Responsibilies:

· End user support

· Assist in Operating Systems Migration and related support.

· Support and troubleshooting which includes diagnosis of hardware and software failures or problems.

· Responsible for correcting all problems associated to supported list of End User Equipment and Software.

· Installation of software/application.

· Provide accurate and timely documentation in IT Service Management Tool.

· Closing all assigned and resolved Incidents; focus on ticket resolution within SLA.

· Synchronizing application settings to environment requirement.

· Relocation of computer devices and peripherals.

· Setting up of the end users profiles for applications.

· Proactive update and follow up to end users.

· Guide end user on required applicable tasks

· Other adhoc task as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec in IT or higher qualification.
• Computer OS/Peripherals troubleshooting
• Handling Different PC Operating Systems (Windows 7/8 and 10)
• Performing Hardware Software Installation
• Basic knowledge of SOE and group policies- Printer support
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services
• Advanced technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems
• Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure

Salary range:

• Up to S$3000
