Technical Provisioning Engineer

 

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm (weekends & PH on standby)

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate with customers and third-party providers to ensure that services are delivered on time. 
• Ensure that servics are correctly provisioned and delivered according to the customer’s technical requirement. 
• Conduct thorough service testing before handing over the circuit to the customer. 
• Troubleshoot service provisioning issues should they arise during service activation. 
• Collaborate with the NOC and Engineering team to resolve provisioning issues.  Responsible for handling configuration requests from internal teams. 
• Configure network devices such as routers, switches and firewalls.
• Document testing results and provisioning details.

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field 
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred. 
• Possesses an interest in Internet Technologies (e.g., routing, switching, and general network infrastructure) and technologies associated with the ISP market. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a flair for addressing technical and operational challenges. 
• Prior experience in an ISP environment would be advantageous. 
• Possession of professional certifications such as CCNP would be advantageous.
