JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications

· Monitor and inspect construction to ensure compliance with design documents

· Manage a team and work closely with consultant, sub-contractor and main con

· Lead in the investigation/troubleshoot of civil works fault or failure and provide effective and variable corrective and preventive action.

· Prepare documentation pertaining to procedures, qualities and safety of maintenance work with appropriate Risk Assessment and comply with BCA requirements.

· Coordinate relevant stakeholder to ensure smooth completion of project

· To manage, control and monitor of daily project works, instructions and progress.

· Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations.

· Supervision of construction works and handle coordination works at sites and to ensure targeted completion dates are met

· Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors on the project related matters

· Monitoring resources on site and ensuring that sufficiency, availability and performance are aligned with the schedule.

· Ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations

· Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned by your Superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 3 years working experience in civil construction project in Singapore

· Experience in supervising piling construction and steel structure erection works

· Able to plan and coordinate site construction activities, liaise with subcontractors

· Coretrade Supervisor (Structural) holder is a plus

· Possess good computer skills in Microsoft Words, Excels etc.

· Able to work independently and be a team player

· Willing to work in any part of Singapore and Jurong Island

· Willing to work beyond normal working hours and Sunday/PH

Job Description:

• Reviewing tender documents & drawings
• Produce measurements fast, accurately and complete within the targeted time schedule Provide estimating cost, obtain the best or lowest possible price
• Implement contract administration procedure to ensure proper documentation of records concerning variation, submitting accurate cost and time implications to client
• Preparation of list of pre-qualified bidders for procurement-bid invitations, comparison, cost analysis, negotiation, and awarding contract agreement to sub-contractors and suppliers
• Prepare and fill in Breakdown of Cost, Schedule of Unit Rates, Schedule of Technical Data for tender submission etc. but not limited to the mentioned.
• Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations
• Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks
• To handle the preparation of documents required for tender submission. To understand the full scope and requirements and submit Tender according to deadline
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Requirements:

• Applicants need to be able to work overtime.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Estate Management, Building Maintenance, Civil, Structural or M&E Engineering
• Required Skill(s): Experience in CCTV/ Door Access/ Security System/ Lift Elevator related industries
