Systems Programmer (Workstations) has a wide spectrum of responsibilities and actions.

He/She will be a technical RUN engineer for workstations support in ASIA. As such, he/she will provide support and act as the engineer for all production support activities within the EUC (End User Computing) team in Singapore. He/She is accountable for the overall health and stability of the technical environment within his/her scope. He/She has to effectively work with technical peers such as L1 & L3 engineers, experts and project teams on day today activities and projects. He/She will have control over the scope of technical activities, develop best practices, share knowledge.

As an experienced professional for Workstation, he/she:

• supports on all escalated incidents from L1
• Tasks and alert management
• Change management – Preparation of roadmaps, execution of RFC
• is aware of the global IT structure so that he/she anticipates interrelationships within the organization,
• actively engages to understand new technologies and technology trends and reviews them with a view to incorporating them into CACIB operations
• Perform health checks as defined and take respective actions
• Responsible for service request, change, escalated incidents and other tasks

Qualifications and Profile

At least a Bachelor’s degree in any of these faculties:

• Minimum 3~10 years of experience supporting windows workstations, preferably in financial sector.
• Experience on technical solution troubleshoot workstations incidents

• Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/ Senior Project Manager (SPM)/ Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day management of the contract

1. Ensure that the Inspection department approves fittings, ducts, water pipes, and other accessories before the installation begins.

2. Deliver all tools required for the fitting including power tools, hand tools, scaffolding, and ladder on time and in the exact numbers as mentioned in the list.

3. Prepare, apply, and get approval for the HVAC shop drawings, work method statement, MEP-coordination drawing, and project specification from the head engineer.

4. Coordinate installation schedule with team members and other departments working on the project.

5. Monitor site activities and make sure all rules and regulations are followed. Making reports on daily progress made at work and ensuring it reaches the superiors.

6. Ensure safe construction of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance according to rules and regulations set by the safety policy manual by the company. They will have to ensure the protection and safety equipment is 100 per cent tried and tested for safe use.

7. Arrange labor and other professionals including pipe fitter, duct fitter and assistant duct fitter.

8. Additional responsibilities include having to arrange for the safety gear and equipment they need to do their work.

9. Documentation of the Conduct Testing inspection process for a variety of tasks including the light test for ducts, underground chilled water piping system, and hydro test.

10, Attending weekly and monthly meetings held by the project manager and QC supervisor to talk about the project updates and completion.

11. Assisting the commission team during the testing, balancing, and adjusting phases of air and hydronic fitting.

Requirement:

• Ensure efficient Civil & Structural and Geotechnical design is achieved in accordance with Design Criteria and relevant standards
• Liaise with internal and external parties on all civil & structural and geotechnical design matters and advises the Senior Resident Engineer (SRE) / Senior Design Engineer (SDE) regularly
• Co-ordinate the review of Contractor's civil & structural and Geotechnical submission and assists the SRE/SDE in conveying a timely response to the contractor
• Identify and resolve potential design related issues during construction phase
• Carry out any other duties as required by the Authority's Project management team, including attending technical meetings and discussions, preparation of minutes of technical meetings and to provide technical meetings and technical support as required in the evaluations of Contractor's claifications.
• Ensure that the design intent is translated to construction on site by means of correct drawings and specifications

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of relevant design management/coordination experience on projects similar in nature to the Works in the civil contract including design experience in geotechnical works for deep excavation foundation works
