• Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/Senior Project Manager (SPM)/Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day management of the contract
• Advise the PRPM/SPM/PM on-site quality and safety issues

• Ensure that decisions on-site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programme without compromising on quality and safety
• Provide feedback to the PRPM/SPM/PM on quality and safety matters and suggests quality improvement measures for implementation on site
• Supervise the installation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation
• Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full time supervision of works on site

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Civil & Structural engineering
• Min 2 years of viaduct and/or flyover or cut and cover tunnel experience in a project/construction environment

• Pro-active team player with good analytical and communication skills
• Experience in civil/structural/geotechnical design will be an advantage.

About the role - you will:

As an Engineering Specialist and as one of our team members, your role and responsibility would be as such.

• Learn and contribute to the operation and control of various facility equipment/systems through the Facility Control Center using SCADA computer.
• Perform daily logging, update checklists, and engage in in-house preventive maintenance (PM) activities.
• Supervise vendor PM/repair work, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Schedule and track weekly/monthly PM activities and close computerized work orders upon completion.
• Respond promptly to facility system/equipment breakdowns, production-related issues and effectively to minimize downtime
• Monitor and evaluate equipment/system performance and capacity usage, providing regular reports to superiors for further review.
• Record and optimize the plant's water consumption.
• Track Cooling Tower water quality and water parameters for compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain records of equipment service reports for audit purposes.

Your experience includes:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Operation and Maintenance in a semiconductor/wafer fab/electronic manufacturing plant.
• Hands-on experience and good knowledge of troubleshooting Electrical Distribution, Motor Control Center, VSD, ACMV systems, and Building Services.
• Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in all phases of desktop operating system support, implementation, and maintenance, preferably in the financial sector
• At least 3 years’ experience on trading floor experience with Bloomberg, Reuters & trading platforms.
• Knowledge of desktop operating system and infrastructure required to implement and support enterprise deployments.
• Knowledge of Desktop Services security and access standards and practices.
• Basic understating of networking and server technologies.
• Proficient in supporting a Windows 7 desktop environment & Microsoft suit of applications
• Good communication skills and strong analytical skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparation of material requisition based on project specification/standard and regulation for rotating equipment(such as centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, air and utility compressor, steam/gas turbines, etc.,)
• Technical evaluation of acceptability in line with our material requisition for Vendor’s quotations.
• Review Vendor drawings and documents for their completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Preparation of BOM (Bill of Material) for construction engineering.
• Review other discipline’s drawing and document for interconnection design with piping, civil, electrical and instrument design, but also process design.
• Provides technical/engineering support and preparation for quality work at supplier shop and Construction/Commissioning work at site.
• Resolves technical issues using acquired knowledge that may arise during the execution of package engineering, fabrication and post-delivery.
• Organize the interface meeting among vendors and other discipline etc. for technical clarification.
• Assist Lead/Senior engineer to execute project.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Mechanical engineering in oil and gas sector, preferable experience in off-shore application.
• Possess relevant experience working on EPC projects.
• Familiar with International Industry Codes such as ASME, API etc.
