Overall Job Objectives

• Oversee operations of the slurry treatment plant (STP) for LTA large slurry TBM tunnelling project (diameter more than 12meters).
• Manage STP plant personnel, including hiring, training and main task assignment.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the treated slurry meets specified standards before discharge or reuse.
• Implementation of sustainable practices, such as waste minimization, energy efficiency, and resource recovery to reduce the plant's environmental impact.
• Development of slurrk KPI to meet different geology strata for safe and efficient tunnelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the plant operations comply with environmental regulations and permits related to waste treatment, discharge, and emissions.
• Ensure accurate records of plant operations, waste processing, quality testing, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure the well-being of personnel and compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Continuously evaluate and improve treatment processes to enhance efficiency, minimize waste generation, and maximize resource recovery.
• Train, supervise and manage STP personnel to standardize operation of equipment, maintenance of equipment, emergency problem handling.
• Coordinate with M&E team and STP manufacturer to handle equipment maintenance and repair solutions.
• Coordinate with tunnel team and Mud Engineer to optimize mud modulation and soil reconcoliation.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans, including spill containment and cleanup procedures.

Job Specifications

• More than 5 years STP engineer or manager working experience for slurry TBM tunnelling project.
• At least 10 years relevant working experence.
• Recommended skills: good communication, proficient in english writing and speaking.

A) JOB SUMMARY

Assist Maintenance engineer to ensure testing, maintaining machinery, tooling and equipment in the plant are in good working condition leading to ‘0’ downtime, better productivity and quality for all our products. Work with all other teams/departments in improving manufacturing operations to yield profit and to exceed customer satisfaction.

B) PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION

• Responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting reported issue, making the corresponding repairs.
• Responsible to conduct routine Maintaining and repairing equipment.
• Must have hand-on repair experience on assembly line, welder machine
• Write and keep a service report/history in order to use this data to diagnose and address future issues.
• Hands-on 80% at work. Knowledgeable with hydraulic and pneumatic system.
• Data analysis to assess the performance of machinery
• Communicating with and supporting engineers
• Documenting machine safety and maintenance
• Report to immediate reporting immediately when abnormality is found at work.

C) ADDITIONAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENT

• Mechanical Technician Requirements:
• Diploma in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years of working experience in the mechanical engineering field.
• ITE holder with vast experience and leadership will also be considered.
• Local Candidate will have priority advantage.
• Ability to comprehensive technical documentation clearly (e.g. Drawings, etc.)
• Highly analytical mind and positive, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Role Responsibilities:

• Testing of the system during FAT (factory acceptance test) following the test procedures and prepare test and QC reports
• Installation, testing and commissioning of our battery on site at customer sites in various countries
• Provide support and guidance to customer for electrical connection of the battery to renewables, DG and loads.
• Filling of the liquid electrolyte in the battery with strictly following the safety standards, as per service documents provided.
• Testing of PCB circuit boards, relays, BMS components, sensor signals, protection components, ACDB, DCDB etc before turning on of the system.
• Configure battery inverter to set the requirement as per country standards.
• Use of external DC power supply to pre charge the battery, following the service manual.
• Troubleshoot of the various problems that may arise during the operation of the battery including hardware and software issues.
• Remote monitoring of all the battery units deployed and track of operation and troubleshoot problem if arises
• Generate on-site service report and documents clear problem statements and resolving.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in power management/control Industry. Previous work experience on battery technology would be beneficial.
• You should have strong and relevant background in working in a hardware engineering
• You should be familiar with the various power topologies and design considerations

Main purpose of the role:

To be responsible for the patching and vulnerability management of all Infra environments across data centres.

Key accountabilities and duties:

• To perform patching using the Tools (Bigfix,SCCM,Netbot) or any other tool customer may have with SOP based approach.
