• Responsible to ensure the accuracy of all necessary analysis tools and report that provide to management for analysis in optimal decision-making.
• Support ERP System (Microsoft Navision) and create Jet Reports for local establishment and overseas and help to establish Navision System to connect manufacturing, sales, purchasing, accounts and inventory management.
• To maintain and ensure system security and data integrity.
• Maintenance of all software and IT related warranty and licenses used by the company.
• Troubleshoot issue raised by users, fix bugs and propose improvement upgrade to keep up with pace of business

IT Hardware - 25%

• Keep track and update IT hardware and software assets.
• Provide installation, upgrading, configuration and maintenance of company's infrastructure.
• Provide user training; provide computer ID, access card, email, printer and folders access
