About the role

We are looking for an experienced senior engineer to be part of the team that design, build and maintain a robust security services platform on Cloud environments. The candidate will be a key technical lead within the Cloud platform team in our System Integration business unit. He will be responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of a cloud-based security platform that meets ISO27001 and SOC2 compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in DevSecOps, cloud operations, and the ability to design and implement complex cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Cloud Technical Committee to establish Ensign’s cloud platform architecture and framework for running cloud services
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design solutions, and create technical architecture and implementation plans
• Take part in reviewing, establishing and refactoring of the polices and framework for the governance of the cloud platform's usage
• Architect, design, and implement a secure and scalable cloud platform for providing security services such as identity and access management, network security, application security, and data protection
• Develop product roadmap for future enhancements of Ensign’s cloud platform
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and SOPs to ensure the platform meets compliance requirements
• Design and implement DevSecOps processes for continuous delivery and integration of security services to cloud environments
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure and services, including virtual machines, containers, networking, and storage services on AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Ensure the platform meets industry standards for security and compliance, such as ISO27001, SOC2, and GDPR
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, including mentoring junior staff, performing code reviews, and ensuring quality control of deliverables
• Participate in technology evaluations and recommendations to ensure the security platform is using the latest cloud technologies and best practices
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the security services platform

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions on AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Hands-on experience in DevSecOps, cloud operations, and cloud security best practices
• Strong knowledge of security technologies such as identity and access management, network security, application security, and data protection
• Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation and implementing compliance requirements such as ISO27001, SOC2, and GDPR
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Possess cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator Associate or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer
• Expert-level cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect are a plus

· Handle sales activities/quotations for assigned account.

· Handle and grow existing customers/ new development customers (Machining and Contract Manufacturing) with strategic growth of 15%-20%.

· Manage customer account status & credit control for assigned account.

· Achieve assigned sales target and consistently follow up for purchase order after quotation is submitted to customer.

· Work with cross functional departments for customer request /new RFQ as per SOP0038.

· Review order fulfilment as per SOP0039 and back-up support for sales coordinator in order fulfilment that enable smooth daily operations.

· Maintain & service customers satisfaction as per SOP0040.

· Review consolidation of pricing & forecasting and work with customers in fulfilling the forecast.

· Participate in weekly / bi-weekly / monthly sales call with customers with the aim to ensure business needs are on schedule and to arrest any potential / new issues by customers relating to sales and revenue.

· Understand and work with multi-level bill of materials (BOM).

· Collaborating with the design, production, supply chain, engineering or R & D departments of the company to determine how products and services could be made or modified to suit the needs of the customer.

· Selling on technologically and scientifically company core capabilities to covert to product sales.

· Maintain and ensure Sales and Marketing annual operating budget did not exceed per HOD prevailing directive.

· Managing close relationship with various departments taking deliverables as top priority.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or its equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.

Work you will do

· Translate functional requirements into technical design

· Take responsibility for technical design and coding (both new or existing systems)

· Recommend and evaluate detailed design of system components to ensure reusability and flexibility is practiced, where applicable.

· Develop and update technical documents including technical specifications

· Perform unit testing, system integrated testing & user acceptance testing

· Responsible for system enhancements, technical support and issues/problem resolution including bugs fixing

· Report to and work closely with Project/Team Lead in all aspects of projects delivery

· Bachelor degree with at least 4 or more year experience in C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, JQuery and JavaScript is a plus.

· Bachelor degree with at least 4 year experience consider for developer position

· At least 2 years of Outsystems platform experience

· Strong working knowledge of various technology platforms and practices, including, but not limited to, Microsoft .NET technologies, service-oriented architecture, and software development best practices.

· Strong knowledge of new or latest technology, and able to gauge suitability to the organization’s business, especially in the healthcare provider sectors
