Job Description & Requirements

• Coordinate with consultant CM, PE, RTO in daily activities, monthly claim, site progress updating, site inspection, testing, and discussion, etc
• Responsible for planning and monitoring of work progress
• Prepare master program and construction sequence for client review, prepare method statement and drawings discrepancies, review project specification and technical clarification
• Handling technical, feedback, suggestions, and engineering problems on site
• Target and ensure the timely and smooth progress of works within the budget time frame
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Update and submit a monthly project report, cash flow and prepare for the extension of time request if required
• Attend management meetings and raise issues that required solutions on-site Oversees construction at site to meet the project progress and quality goals
• Prepare monthly works done calculation claim with Clients and ensure that project schedule is being met & cost control
• Oversee all site projects operations, functions, and requirements, Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required, and to ensure for all submission is submitted in time
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspections on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements

Job Description:

• Corporate with the constrcution manager to connect with various government acceptance departments.
• Corporate with the constrcution manager to supervise and manage the site to meet the various goals of the project.
• Corporate closely with subcontractors to monitor the progress of small towns and coordinate the work resources required by subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Corporate with goverment personnel to conduct on-site inspections.
• Participate in weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to discuss work progress and corperate in preparing monthly meeting progress reports.
• Establish good relationships with all relevant parties.
• Corporate to ensure site safety and comply with the requirements of the authorities.
• Corporate to organize relevant physical and electronic documents on site engineer, etc.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree or above preferably from a recognized University accredited with PEB, Singapore
• Experience with public residential projects would be advantages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Projects, AutoCAD
• Ability to keep a positive attitube in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player

JOB SCOPE
Responsible for executing the company projects in building construction which covers.

• To review project specifications and technical clarifications
• To prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
• To carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• To supervise the construction works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• To target and ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• To ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
• To ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years working experience in building construction
• Use of Autocad would be an advantage
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
