· Liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors on the progress of M&E works.

· Management of material, equipment and manpower in his section to ensure proper and economic usage.

· In-charge of receipt, transfer and control of M&E construction materials in designated area.

· Enforce the implementation of occupational health and safety procedures in accordance to Project Safety manual.

· To implement and monitor that the permit to work system is properly followed on site.

Role and Responsibility:

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including testing and commissioning.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs for customer equipment onsite/workshop.
• Maintaining accurate record-keeping of all work performed.
• Adherence to safety procedures and regulations.
• Provide 24/7 customer service support.
• Traveling to regional countries, wherever necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in HVAC equipment maintenance/repair.
• Knowledge of BMS System and HVAC Control is an added advantage.
• Able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Availability for emergency calls and onsite visits during off-duty hours
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must possess a Singapore Class 3 Driving License

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure Management:

• Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure for APAC, with a focus on China.
• Assist in migrating on-premises servers to the Cloud.
• Collaborate with the APAC Cloud Infrastructure Manager to ensure security by design in all projects.
• Automate and optimize OPEX costs on the Cloud.

Cybersecurity and Compliance:

• Maintain guidelines and standard operating procedures for infrastructure in APAC.
• Collaborate on the definition and execution of the IT infrastructure strategy.

Technical & Management Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in the Public Cloud.
• Development experience in Python, Java, Golang, JavaScript, C#, Bash.
• Understanding of server fundamentals, virtualization, storage, and network protocols.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (Jenkins, GitOps).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Exposure to Public Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication with China vendors.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Certifications from any Public Cloud and DevOps-related certifications.
• Experience in IT organizations supporting a mobile or "disconnected" workforce.
• 2+ years of experience in a global organization.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT architecture.
