· Model Management and administration

· Coordinating with professional staff on reviewing models and comments

· BIM modelling using Revit.

· Checking of M&E Shop-drawing.

· Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings

· Updating Shop-drawing List.

· Supporting Project Team on Shop-drawing Submission.

· Able to prepare BOM base on BIM

· Any other related tasks

· Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for drawings and submission approval

· Able to communicate with site supervisors and foreign workers (Bangladesh, India and China PRC).

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess relevant BIM modelling experience with relevant software

• At least 3 years working experience in the drafting of engineering works

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction industry is required.

• Good interpersonal, communication skills.

Qualifications:

With BSC degree and two to five years of relevant job experience

Having a maritime engineering diploma and over five years of relevant professional experience

Outstanding technical expertise and problem-solving abilities

Good written and spoken English proficiency

The capacity to operate on one's own

Flexibility and willingness to travel for up to 80% of the time

Proficiency in effective communication and interaction with stakeholders, including customers

1. Deploys Engineering decision-making to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical equipment breakdowns
2. Identify and address potential issues before they escalate to prevent unplanned downtime.
3. Achieving 0 LTIF target through ensuring safety procedures are followed through SOP, TRA, employees wearing full PPE during work, developing safety procedures
4. To support the section in terms of external resources/vendor management
5. To drive safety, cost, energy and reliability improvement projects in MSP through application of Mechanical integrity and quality assurance
6. Recommend and implement modifications or upgrades to enhance machinery reliability.
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
8. Perform root cause analysis and work towards resolutions
9. Oversee all required engineering qualification tests on project; ensure compliance with all outside parties involved
10. Participate in test runs and field installations
11. Analysing and interpreting data
12. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in mechanical maintenance.
13. Provide training to maintenance technicians and operators on equipment usage and maintenance procedures

Job Requirements

1. Proven experience of supervising and managing mechanical site activities for large scale manufacturing project from inception to completion.
2. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
3. Possess strong leadership.
4. Possess strong orientation towards results.
5. Effective communication, both in verbal and written form English and Chinese.
6. Possess good teamwork capabilities
7. Possess good project and time management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for analysing, troubleshooting and resolving stamping issues to achieve productivity, quality and cost targets.
• Responsible in assisting in stamping tool design reviews for new product development
• Responsible for establishing process capability, optimum parameter setting, mill cost, Bill of Material (BOM) and work instruction for dies and processes.
• Responsibel in identifying and proposing cost reduction program and upgrading to achieve quality and competitive cost to meet present and future stamping requiremen
• Responsible for providing technical guidance and training to juniors technicians and toolmakers

Requirements

• Min Nitec in Production/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineering/ Tool and Die Making
• Min 5 years of working experience in Stamping Industry
