Position Title: Lead Process Engineer (Injection Moulding)

Working Location: North - Yishun

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm)

Salary Package: Up to SGD 8000 + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Establish process conditions through scientific moulding for existing/new products

• Troubleshoot moulding processes and material or equipment issues

• Evaluate tooling for areas of concern, areas of improvement for quality and efficiency, and recommend improvements to optimize moulding, set up, and overall manufacturing

• Collect and analyse data on individual processes to identify and improve process capability

• Document and maintain Mold process sheets for accuracy

• Support process technicians through training in scientific moulding practices

• Leadership role in continuous improvement and cost reduction activities

• Use Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other techniques to analyze process data to determine capabilities as well as improvements

• Manage projects, and ensure all tooling is executed smoothly and efficiently against an agreed plan

• Perform evaluation and development activities to provide solutions for technical problems to sustain and improve production yield, quality, process cycle time and cost reduction

• Lead team in problem-solving – identification of problems and analysis of the root cause

• Conduct proof of concept (POC) evaluation and design of experiments (DOE) during development, establish baseline process and metrics

• Lead design of experiments (DOE) to establish a stable and robust process that can be handed off to production personnel •

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering or Sciences

• Min. 5 years’ experience in plastic injection moulding environment

• Experience in process capability studies and tooling technical incline is a plus

Senior Principal Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Perform Lead Engineer's Role for Rotating Equipment/Packages on Offshore Projects
• Responsible for the design and selection of speciality rotating equipment on EPC projects like Process gas Compressors, Gas Turbines, Sea Water Injection Pumps, etc. through the various engineering work phases (i.e. Feasibility studies, conceptual design, FEED studies, and detailed engineering for Offshore,FPSO and LNG Projects)
• Responsible for Selection of speciality rotating equipment on EPC projects like Process gas Compressors,Gas Turbines, Sea Water Injection Pumps etc. in compliance with International API codes & Client Specification requirements
• Responsible for preparing technical specifications and data sheets for speciality rotating equipment and packages, such as Gas Turbine Generator,Centrifugal Compressors, Screw Compressor Packages, Sea Water Injection Pumps, Reciprocating Compressors etc
• Responsible for complete Requisitioning of speciality rotating equipment and packages
• Coordinates work with inter-disciplines, client and suppliers
• Responsible for the technical evaluation of Bids, prepares technical bid tabulation reports by interacting with Suppliers, clients and inter disciplines
• Participates HAZID, HAZOP, Model Review studies for packages, coordinates and close out Mechanical related issues
• Performs vendor document and design reviews for speciality rotating equipment and packages

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputed University with minimum 20 years of relevant experience
• Possess relevant experience working on EPC projects with reputed International clients with minimum 2 Offshore Projects worked as Lead Engineer
• Minimum 10 to 12 years of Offshore Project experience (Well Head, Fixed Platforms and FPSO) is preferred
• Shall be well conversant with International Industry Codes such as ASME, API etc
• Should possess coordination / communication skills and very good knowledge of spoken and written English language
• Experience with Norsok Requirements and UKCS regulations will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Construction Management and/or Design of Electrical Systems.
• Proficient in Design and drafting of LV and HV systems.
• Familiar with Electrical Installation works and local electrical codes and standards.
