You will act as a mentor to provide coaching and training to junior engineers.

The Skills

• Accredited BEng or MEng degree level (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering
• You'll have proven experience of managing medium / large size projects and delivering to time and budgetary deadlines, whilst complying with operational and other procedures.
• You'll have broad and deep technical knowledge in Structural Engineering, plus demonstrable understanding of other disciplines.
• Familiar with local codes of practice and authority submission and approval procedures.
• Must be Registered as Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore.
• Competent user of relevant structural engineering software.
• Given the collaborative and client focused nature of this role, excellent communication skills and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential.
