Job Responsibilities

• Log and categorize all incidents reported via email or phone
• Issue Incident ID to incident reporter
• Perform first level problem isolation, troubleshooting, bypass, recovery and resolution

• Track/monitor problem status and follow-up with resolving parties
• Update resolved problems in the incident management system and inform the incident reporter
