Job Responsibilities:

• Understand contract requirements, authority requirements and M&E specifications in order to produce coordinated services drawings, monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule
• Liaise with design consultants on the design intent and approval issues
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural and Structural Engineers for interfacing issuance
• Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, suppliers, sub-contractors of different M & E trades during the execution of the project.
• To assess, prepare and submit progress reports, proposals, requirement documentation, and presentations.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical or electrical Engineering from a recognized University
• Minimum 3 years’ experience (M&E Coordinator) or 5 years' experience (Senior M&E Coordinator) in Mechanical & Electrical services
• Good coordination and negotiation skills
• Understand BIM for design coordination
